Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Born in the south to a Bellfounder, Manfred learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered painting. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 15 years.
