Motivation: She made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and she desires power and/or immortality

History: Alice was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. As a young child she wandered into the woods despite her mother's warnings against it. Afterwards she claimed she had encountered brigands who tried to eat her hand. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by brigands. Alice was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the brigands.
