History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his 16th year, his parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Cory alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Personality: She goes out her way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one she won't accept into her heart. She tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: She comes from a rich eastern family. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Agnes fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
