History: She comes from a rich northern family. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by brigands. Joan was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the brigands.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and she desires to right it.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.
