Personality: She is cool and collected. She likes to make quips and puns whenever she does anything. She also makes a point to compliment her superiors and flatter them. Around other people she will do her best to conceal her emotions and appear jolly.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Description: This southern woman's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, she slurs her words together. She wears a robe, a symbol of magic around her neck, and a lance on her belt. Her white hair is smooth and relatively long. Her blue eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: She is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as she rather likes the sound of her voice. Her demeanor is somewhat feminine. She does not believe in violence as a means to an end. She is a dedicated Engraver but believes her peers are too gung-ho.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. When Galiena reached her early adolescence her Human father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Description: This late middle aged woman is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright black and yellow, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems and is in decent physical shape. Her hair, while still mostly red, has prominent grey streaks. She wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: She does not care much for physical appearances, nor does she care much for other people. She does however care about what she wants and getting it. She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She came across an abandoned tomb where she found a relic that called out to her. After picking it up she was cursed by vampirism.

Motivation: An old rival family wants her found; and to reunite with her absent mother

Description: This light-skinned female wears a blue costume with the symbols of death on her torso. She is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. Her auburn hair has been sun bleached extensively. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic woman, Giselle's first love is herself. Her second love is also herself. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for her; and she feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world
