Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. After coming to the age of reason, Bertram took it upon himself to study the psionic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He was granted psionic powers by his dying brother.
