History: He was born into a rich family. A gifted student he started as a Scribe, but he got bored and became a Jeweler. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and he is unsatisfied with his job

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Katherine was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

History: Hunter lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He has since lost track of the people in his past.
