History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Aldous fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Description: This woman is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of her veins is visible when she is not flexing. Her shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for her due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. Her moppish auburn hair is in a traditional bowl cut. Her fierce brown eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: A deeply religious woman she believes everything happens for a reason. She is accommodating to her spouse and as such limits her hospitality. She is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven herself a capable leader.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Some 9 years later her spouse died after the birth of her son. Heartbroken, Joan never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her son whom she trained as her father had trained her before.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Norman embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Born in the south to a Bookbinder, Frederick learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
