History: His divine talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He always admired divine-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Anselm fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: She trusts no one. She is not readily capable for forgiveness and her ire never leaves her. She never wears the same outfit twice, unless she absolutely has to.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Jane was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Motivation: Her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion; and marry her brother to traveling adventurers

Description: An older woman who prefers to wear fine silks, though has several suits of combat armor for her hunting needs, she is not a threatening figure. Her auburn hair is matted, messy, and big. This gray eyed westerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: She runs her personal life as if detached from it. She organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits she will get from it. She is a font of random trivia from the lore and stories she has discovered

History: She was born in the west. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. She left for the west, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions
