History: She was born into a rich family. Like her father and her sister before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Fisher. She tends to her Fisher job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

History: Cecily was born the youngest of three triplets. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a daughter. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

Personality: Her voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl she speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of her tone. She seeks to pay back kindness whenever she gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip she always seeks to do solids for her friends.
