History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He moved out north to avoid the crime he committed. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: He is mildly Human supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
