History: Theodoric hails from a village terrorized by illithids. He took after his father in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his father taught him to defend himself. When his father died while fighting illithids, the young Theodoric began to lead the lost caravan. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He became a Sage soon after.
