Elizabeth Quinton, Female Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: She is scrawny and has patchy chestnut stubble. She tends to wear a large white jacket. She has a hunchback. She wears a top hat to hide her balding. She has violet eyes.
Personality: Elizabeth is a sociable creature first and foremost. She loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. She can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. She has a small toy that she constantly fidgets with.
History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a old dungeon. She would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Elizabeth took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up warhammer and armor she uses now. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.
Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out; and she seems to be bored by most things

Gerald Webley, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: This exceptionally lanky man wears a tight fitting pastel shirt and pants. He has a long auburn beard with little hanging trinkets. His gray eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.
Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.
History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Gerald was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Gerald decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
