History: Born in the north to a Mayor, Justin learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. A freak accident while working with his Server mother left him crippled. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.

Personality: She is filled with cunning. She likes to feign weakness letting people think she is weak. She uses her nature as a weapon; she likes to lead opponents to think her in distress.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever she goes.
