History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Description: 5'8" and lanky with angular features, she is an attractive figure. She is renowned for her bright grey dresses and hats. She wears her auburn hair up in a very large beehive style do. She has violet eyes and a grey hat with a blue feather.

Personality: She dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the south. The war was a terrible time for her, and Cecily does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Cecily was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: She feels kind of lost in life.

Beneath her clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. Her hair is cut close to her head. Her gray eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: She does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. She would rather hide behind her crafts than deal with other people.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Sage arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She has had some formal dancing training, and achieved minor success. She now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out.
