She was a general practitioner in the east for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way west. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Alice was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She dropped out of school before completing her studies. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his mother. In his 15th year, his parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Percival alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

She will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. She cares deeply for her spouse and does her best to make sure her guests look presentable.

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. Cursed with lycanthropy at a very young age, Mary has worked very hard to control her curse. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.
