Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: Chad hails from a village terrorized by illithids. Ostracized due to the arcane powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own.
