History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Through the years after Lance was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Lance's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he's looking for his big break
