Margery Rutherford, Female Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: A plain young-adult woman, she typically wears black cloth garments or leather armor. Her black hair, when down, is lengthy. This blue eyed southerner is not easily forgotten.
Personality: While she acts the brute, she is far gentler than she would appear. She is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes her no end of embarrassment.
History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Glassblower. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature scimitar.
Motivation: She is wracked by social anxiety; and she'd like to take her coworkers down a peg

Beatrice Langston, Female Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: An older woman who wears a worn and beaten armor, she is not a threatening figure. She has a long red ponytail with little hanging trinkets. Her green eyes peer out from beneath her wide-brimmed blue hat.
Personality: She is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Beatrice grew up listening to her mother's many stories. She worked as a nervous Navigator and found it very stressful. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Navigator for the past few years.

Personality: She is a jovial happy person, but she is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. She is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.
History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She was granted martial powers by her dying brother.
Motivation: She has money and likes to spend it; and money/treasure

Conrad Barton, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: His skin is bronze and flawless. He wears a suit in poor condition. It has not been laundered in sometime and has been worn in activities one would not normally wear a suit during. He is an epitome of beauty. His white hair is still thick. His amber eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.
Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.
History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Bookbinder arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He found a children's book about a Human Paladin who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.
Motivation: He uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs; and he has money and likes to spend it
Ideals: Opinionated. Flaws: Antagonistic. Bonds: Adventurer, Attractive, Rich. Occupation: Bookbinder
Voice: Relaxed voice
