History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Lance was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Conrad was born on a far northern plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Merchant. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Description: A woman with a warm, jovial air about her, she has the majority of her body covered in plate. Her auburn hair is greasy and uncared for. Her fierce brown eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: While she is on the job, she is grim and serious. She understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. She has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a woman enough she will sell her own mother. Money is her most trusted friend.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Eloise was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. As of late she has set up a hidden staging nest where she ambushes people she hires for escort.

Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact.
