History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. She found a children's book about a Human Paladin who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Ella fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Personality: In the realm of puns, she cannot help herself. She feels obliged to make them. She believes the world needs to unite to get rid of giants once and for all.

History: She comes from a rich western family. In her 18th year, her parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Aline alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: She has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions
