Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Herleva embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. She loves being with her children and actually smiles when they are around. She would do anything for them. She dislikes her ex a great deal.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Herleva was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.

Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. The war was a terrible time for him, and Adam does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Adam was raised in a hard working conservative environment. When Adam reached his early adolescence his Human father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Personality: She can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. She is skeptical of what others tell her and is slow to trust.

History: Avice hails from a village terrorized by brigands. When the war came and ruined her parents she was left adrift. She was a hard woman then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: She would like to get married and retire; and many brigands want her driven away

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. Her mother took her hunting and taught her how to get in the mind of other creatures. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact.
