Description: A middle-aged man, he is dressed in earthy colors with a tan and black handkerchief worn on his left side, and is pretty ugly. His hair is always cut to a buzz. His eyes are likewise blue. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 36. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He seeks to pay back kindness whenever he gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip he always seeks to do solids for his friends.

History: Bernard was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Bernard took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up glaive and armor he uses now. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: She shows great sympathy to all travelers. She's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. Flattery will make her almost putty in your hands.

History: Beatrice was born with her mother's beautiful face. Like her mother and her brother before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Engraver. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Engraver for the past few years.

Motivation: She is unsatisfied with her job.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Healer for hire.

Motivation: To be a Merchant again.
