Roland took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up flail and armor he uses now. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Cartwright for hire.

History: Born in the west to a Body Guard, Bernard learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

History: Ella hails from a village terrorized by illithids. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for her; and several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge

History: Eloise was born with her mother's beautiful face. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
