History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the west. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. Being a Mayor kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: A deep hatred of drow; and she has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day
