Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Navigator born in the past three hundred years. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Navigator business.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. History: Conrad was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Mayor responsibilities is difficult; and he is unsatisfied with his job
