History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Gerald grew up listening to his father's many stories. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: To be a Spy again; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: He got into the Marshal business at a young age. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Marshal. He has achieved small success as a Marshal.

Her face is full, her cheeks are rosy, and she always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in her brown eyes.

Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with writing. She constantly tries to fill her life with writing. She is obsessed with her god.

History: She was born in the east, but her parents moved at a very young age to the west. She has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. She left for the east, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: Her religion dominates her actions.
