Personality: He hates Humans with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Arnold took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up flail and armor he uses now. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

History: Her druidic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. She always admired druidic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Someone believes her a fraud; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and she desires to right it
