History: Percival was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Humans in Percival's homeland. Percival decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes gnolls are coming to abduct people. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She seeks to pay back kindness whenever she gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip she always seeks to do solids for her friends.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. She was an apprentice working in her father's forge. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.
