Personality: She is highly sensitive about her name. She loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. As she has aged she has sought to do reparations for her actions as a youth. She is also making sure that her compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Eloise grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Eloise. She would ruin relationships and cause injury.
