History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. She worked as a nervous Junk Dealer and found it very stressful. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

History: Eloise was born the youngest of three triplets. Her first spouse was a Bowyer, they had one daughter, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.
