Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this northern gal figured out how to best use her charms to convince people to do what she wants. As long as the job gets done she does not care how it got done.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. While she appears to be a normal Human, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She now mingles about in high society.
