He prefers to carry a dagger, but if one is not available he will default to his nunchaku, he is not a threatening figure. His white hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He took after his mother in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his mother taught him to defend himself. When his mother died while fighting dire rats, the young Adelard began to lead the lost caravan. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Bernard isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Human unity. He takes great joy in being the best Painter in town.
