History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Dean was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Bellfounder they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Healer, and he later adopted a second daughter.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: He hates Humans with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: He was born into a rich family. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Wymar grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Wymar. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and he is greedy
