Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. A gifted student she started as a Navigator, but she got bored and became a Detective. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 6 years.

She is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. Her auburn hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a deerstalker hat. Her eyes, though not visible through her cowl, are brown.

Personality: She has schizophrenia that causes her to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. She cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist she will grow angry at them.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Over the years she perfected her riding and shooting skills. She has achieved small success as a Navigator.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and she has money and likes to spend it
