History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. Through the years after Adam was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Adam's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: Giselle hails from a village terrorized by giants. Giselle was born on a far western plains where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Fortune-teller. She left for the west, certain she would find work there.
