Through the years after Maynild was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Maynild's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She has achieved small success as a Layabout.

Personality: Her voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl she speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of her tone. She is a thrill seeker, she laughs at people and throws down challenges. She is highly competitive and combative.

History: Her arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. She always admired arcane-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Some 6 years later her spouse died after the birth of her son. Heartbroken, Giselle never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her son whom she trained as her father had trained her before.
