History: She was raised by priests from a young age. Her mother disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her mother, she was betrayed dozens of times. She's also a talented Mayor, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions.

Personality: She is unhospitable to her core. Her small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. Cursed with unlife at a very young age, Melissa has worked very hard to control her curse. She has became unsatisfied with her lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Her hair, while still mostly chestnut, has prominent grey streaks. Her fair skin shows little sign of her aristocratic breeding.

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: She was born in a small mountains village. Emma liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
