Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: Born in the east to a Mason, Cory learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Mason. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: He was born into a rich family. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the north were limited. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: Revenge; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and he desires to right it

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. After a long history of fighting, Helen and her spouse have recently divorced.

Description: He stands about 5'7" and wears silk and lounges about seductively. His left hand appears badly burned and disfigured. His hair is auburn, silky, and of moderate length. He has a dull look in his amber eyes.

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and many illithids want him driven away
