History: She got into the Mayor business at a young age. She found a children's book about a Human Paladin who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Hugh has worked very hard to control his curse. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.
