Personality: She believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. She is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Born in the west to a Healer, Rosalind learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a large cave. She would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Rosalind took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up club and armor she uses now. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his 13th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Hugh alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and he wants revenge against gnolls

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Blacksmith. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. At a young age his father died while driving off some dire rats. His mother being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train him in bow use. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Blacksmith.

Motivation: Many dire rats want him driven away.
