Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has never given up on his singing dream.

Personality: Solomon is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. The war was a terrible time for him, and Solomon does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was born in a small plains village. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

History: Gifted from a young age, Eloise studied abroad. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Personality: Here is a woman who knows she is the smartest in the room. She talks down to others constantly. Avelina is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her sisters into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: Avelina lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
