Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Adam was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered poetry. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Personality: She does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. A true patriot, Sarah would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Sarah lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. By chance she met her sister recently and the two have been together since.
