History: Born in the north her family was never financially stable. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Stableman hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She has worked as a Stableman like her father before her.

Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic right leg, he is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. He keeps his blonde hair in a flapper bob. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Lance embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Through the years after Lance was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Lance's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. She dropped out of school before completing her studies. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: She likes to brag about her accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. She does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family At a young age she wooed the heart of her future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. Being a Spice Merchant kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and a rival would like her out of the picture
