By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. Being a Baker kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Norman grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Norman. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Personality: She speaks before she thinks and is too direct. Her temper goes off on the smallest of things. She tends to lash out at those around her.

History: She was born in the west, but her parents moved at a very young age to the east. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She left for the west, certain she would find work there.
