History: He was born on a small isolated farm. His childhood dream was to be a Detective, but he was a colossal failure. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: She was born in the west, but her parents moved at a very young age to the east. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Humans in Oriel's homeland. Oriel decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Oriel fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
