History: She was born in the north, but her parents moved at a very young age to the east. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the north were limited. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions; and to get a good night's sleep

History: Roger hails from a village terrorized by brigands. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls.
