His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He disdains his fellow easterners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Hugh grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Hugh. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.
