Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: Roland was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. Some 10 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Roland never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his father had trained him before.
