Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. Her home and work are filled with various knick knacks she has acquired through the years. She cares a great deal for her adopted teenage daughter.
History: Born in the north her family was never financially stable. Through the years after Alice was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Alice's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Description: She is a small woman, but exceptionally fit. She wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. She wears a deerstalker hat to hide her balding. She wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.
Personality: She swings through moods quickly. One moment she is cool and collected, the next she is carried away by passions. She is frequently practicing swordplay.
History: Born in the north to a Body Guard, Heather learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She became a Body Guard soon after.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.

Description: She dresses in collared shirts and wears a proper scarf over her head. She carries with her a set of nunchakus, each one with a ruby on the hilt. She only wears one on her belt and the other on her back. She keeps her long chestnut hair kept up in a rat tail. Her eyes, though not visible through her cowl, are violet.
Personality: She likes to brag about her accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. She is used to getting what she wants. In part because she is a meticulous planner.
History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Hadwisa was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Hadwisa fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and wants to work out more often

Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.
History: His necromantic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He tends to his Soapmaker job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and sabotage a competitor
